“Heart & Love Sharing Project – With Architects” Social Contribution Initiative

BMC endeavors to improve housing conditions for vulnerable groups in the local community. Since its launch in 2019, the “Heart & Love Sharing Project – With Architects” initiative has completed renovations at four residential welfare facilities (as of 2024). We have enhanced housing welfare in various ways by creating safe spaces for vulnerable groups, such as elderly people living alone and children in emergency care, safeguarding their right to education, and reducing carbon emissions. We will continue broad efforts to improve housing welfare for vulnerable groups in the community.

Citizen Partnership Double-Donation Social Contribution

BMC, in collaboration with Naver HAPPYBEAN, provided livelihood support to those struggling amid high prices and interest rates. By working with local welfare and children’s centers, we refined target groups and delivered tailored programs, including nutritional assistance. In 2024, citizens and BMC employees jointly raised funds to support seven projects, sharing a meaningful opportunity to help improve the daily lives of neighbors in need.

Implementation of the “Santa Expedition of Love”

In December, about 10 BMC employees partnered with the Busan branch of the Korean Red Cross to carry out volunteer activities for 100 households with vulnerable children and youth, including making cakes and packing gifts. They also cooked food and wrote handwritten greeting cards for marginalized children, helping spread a warm culture of sharing during the cold winter.
