· Acquisition, development, supply, and management of housing in designated residential areas
· Urban regeneration, urban renewal acceleration, urban development, and urban planning and facility projects
· Development of tourism complexes, free economic zones, industrial complexes, and public water reclamation projects
· Public housing development, logistics complex development, and port redevelopment projects
· Execution of projects entrusted by the national government, local governments, and public institutions
